The training about building visions in school within Erasmus+ project “Creating the Network of Excellent ULCA Schools” took place from 11.07.2024 to 13.07.2024 in Vilnius, Lithuania. Two members from Dig-Ed, Maja Videnovik and Mirjana Jankulovska, participated in this training, trying to develop Dig-Ed vision for future activities. The course was held by Jana Chynoradská from Harmony Academy and based on the 9 + 00 Learn & Lead principles of a smart person that encourage people to take a proactive approach in their lives.
At the beginning participants reflect on their self-assessment process according to KNOWLO Framework, as a starting point for establishing desired goals. After the presentation of the 9 Learn & Lead Principles of a Smart Person, participants analyzed them and tried to connect them with the desired vision and future steps. The presentation of the 00 Learn & Lead Principle followed and the ideas for future activities and participants personal vision in their organization was created.
By combining personal visions each organization created their shared vision and developed Action plan for 2024/25 aiming to reach that vision. It was an excellent way to reflect on Dig-Ed activities, and to create a joint vision, planning activities that will enable us to achieve it in the future.
