The activities within the project EduCyberGuardians were presented on 13.11.2024 at American Corner Bitola. Team members Zorica Milkova and Biljana Stojanovska introduced the platform, which features an interactive online teacher training course consisting of six modules. The platform also includes a section with guidelines and support materials to assist teachers in designing tailored educational units for their classrooms, as well as games and interactive activities. Special focus was put on the newly developed mini-training module addressing Ransomware and Phishing.
The highlight of the event was the presentation of a board game designed to enhance students’ media literacy skills. Students from 4th grade in primary school “Kole Kaninski” in Bitola, mentoring by their teacher Biljana Manevska played the game and demonstrated their enjoyment of learning through play.
Teachers and representatives from the Faculty of Education in Bitola attended the event, emphasizing that the platform is a highly valuable resource not only for current teachers but also for students preparing to become educators.
