Dejan Zlatkovski is software engineer with 20 years of experience in Education and Training sector. He graduated Applied Informatics at the Institute of Informatics in Skopje and specialized Public Policy Making in Education and Human Development at the George Washington University in Washington D.C. He worked nine years in the Ministry of Education and Science where he actively participated or was national coordinator of several national and international projects pertinent to computerization of the schools, development and implementation of educational ICT tools and policies, library information systems for the educational institutions, planning and maintenance of the information systems of the MoES, FP6 projects and planning of the development of the national academic and research network. Dejan Zlatkovski has more than ten years of experience in implementation of European educational programmes at national level, acting as national eTwinning and Eurydice coordinator, as an employee of the National Agency for European Educational Programmes and Mobility. He was also responsible for implementation of PISA2015 international assessment at national level as Project Manager, and participated as national representative in an international tracer study of the VET mobility participants. His special focus is evidence-based analyses of the educational systems and development of the educational policies.
