Maja Videnovik analyzed the classes in terms of pedagogy and the feelings during the class, and Mirjana Jankulovska conducted observation and evaluation using a checklist according with the Teacher Development Framework, created during the ULCA project.

After observing the classes, an analysis was made together with the teachers, and the level of achievement of the LCA teacher competencies was evaluated. Maja Videnovik and Mirjana Jankulovska provided constructive feedback, and an action plan was jointly developed to improve teachers’ LCA teaching methods and activities in the future.
