We are thrilled to share the outstanding achievements of two remarkable members from DIG-ED, Maja and Georgina, who recently showcased their innovative ideas and projects at the esteemed EASE – 2nd European Summit for STEAM Educators.
Maja, an ardent advocate for integrating mobile augmented reality games into education, captivated the audience with her presentation on “Using mobile augmented reality games in education”. Her talk emphasized the transformative potential of integrating augmented reality experiences into educational curricula, making learning engaging, interactive, and immersive for students. Maja’s insights sparked meaningful discussions on how we can utilize modern technology to reshape the educational landscape.
On the other hand, Georgina enthralled the audience with her project titled “Treasure Hunt Games in STEAM Education.” She demonstrated how treasure hunt-style games can be ingeniously employed to teach and reinforce concepts in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.
